Norwalk Woman's Scuffle with UPS Driver Videotaped

A 33-year-old woman's scuffle with a UPS driver, which resulted in a breach-of-peace charge against her, was captured on video and put on YouTube.

Tiffany Wills, of High Street was charged by Norwalk police and was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Norwalk today, Friday.

Norwalk police gave this account of the incident:

The UPS driver, parked on High Street to make a delivery, heard Wills and another woman in a parked car arguing, yelling and swearing loudly.

He reminded the two that there were children nearby who were listening to them and suggested that they tone it down.

At that point, Wills directed her yelling and arguing and swearing at the driver, going so far as to enter the UPS truck (as shown in the video).
