The ramp will be closed for paving from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. It may well close a bit on Thursday, too, for preparation work. If you're going northbound on I-95 on Friday afternoon (as so very many, many, many drivers are), the entrances at Exit 14 and 16 may be even more clogged than usual that day.
