Several New Restaurants Poised to Open in Norwalk

Four new restaurants in Norwalk are in various stages of construction and are gearing up to open in the coming weeks.

Guvnor's Brewery, located at 136 Washington St. – next door to the popular mainstay Donovan's – is already looking for waiters, waitresses, bartenders and an executive chef, according to a sign in their window.

Around the corner at 54 North Main St., Bluedini, next to Subway, also has a “coming soon” sign in its window, and just down the street at 77 North Main, Sweet Lucy Lynn's is taking over the space formerly occupied by John Dough's Pizza.

The fourth eatery, Royal Guard Fish & Chips, is renovating 336 Westport Ave. where Tim's Philly Steaks used to be.

Ralph Michel, newly promoted senior vice president of HK Group, handled the sales the 77 North Main St. and 336 Westport Ave.

For more information on hiring at Guvnor's Brewery call 845-300-8952.
