Norwalk Man Charged with Breach, Trespass

He was arrested yesterday afternoon.

Anders Kimmel, 27, of Toilsome Avenue, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace after he was found peering into the windows of Tumble Bugs at 11 Allen Road.

According to police, officers responded to the report of a suspicious person at 1:41 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27. They found Kimmel on the grounds. 

Police said he was looking inside the building but never entered it. Kimmel told police he was looking for change. He also said he smelled marijuana so was walking around trying to find where the scent was coming from.

Kimmel didn't have any weapons or any contraband on him, police said.

Kimmel is due in court April 4.
