The Mission of The Fairfield County Women’s Center (FCWC) at Norwalk Community College is to promote the advancement of women through educational programs and resources and to increase awareness of women’s issues in the community, workplace, and home. The goals of the Fairfield County Women’s Center are to foster a supportive environment that promotes empowerment, equity, and self actualization.

Consistent with the mission of Norwalk Community College, the purpose of The Fairfield County Women’s Center is to serve the women of the college and the community by providing referrals, programs, and services to address their needs.
