Evelyn Reynolds founded non-profit, 501(c)3 <strong>C.A.T.S., Inc. (Compassion About The Strays)</strong> in 1996.

Dedicated to reducing the problem of cat overpopulation and the suffering of feral cats, Reynolds has collaborated with PAWS of Norwalk and The Stratford Cat Project. She promotes trapping, spay and neutring and takes credit for finding homes for 1,100 cats since 1996.
