Four members of the McMahon boys lacrosse team, which reached the quarterfinals of the Class L tournament, have earned all-state honors. They include:

Scott McCormack, first team attack; Ryan Scott, second team midfield; Mark Fessenmeyer, first team defense; and Louie Digiacomo, first team short stick defensive midfield.

-- Evan Opdahl of Norwalk and Clement Abonyi and Brandon Davis of McMahon have been named to the Fairfield County All-Star team that will face the New Haven All-Stars in the 15th annual football Hall of Fame Classic.

The game is set for July 8 at West Haven's Ken Strong Stadium. Tickets are $7 each and are available at the gate.
