Community Update

The place to go if you want to get RIPPED OFF AND SMART MOUTHED! I brought my 2 bikes in for a tuneup last week. When i came back in to pick the bikes up I noticed that the chains had not been cleaned or oiled. I asked why the chained had not been cleaned and or oiled and the response was that only comes with a drive train tune up. I then asked how do you adjust the derailleurs if you don't clean the chain first. The answer was WITH A SCREW DRIVER. OK This conversation is going no where. When you go to their website and look up what they do on a tune up they have a picture of them cleaning the chain. So what did they do for $166.34?
