The yoga program will run on Mondays and Thursdays. This traditional hatha yoga class is designed to increase the flexibility and strength of your body, relaxing your nervous system and quieting the mind. The benefits of the practice include improved health and a joyful mental disposition.
All levels welcome, even if you are a complete beginner! You may sign-up for both days or just one day a week.
