Passport to Your Future: Expo for Youth Enrichment Programs and Launch of Norwalk Promise

Spend some time at the Youth Expo and celebrate America's youth and the communities that are dedicated to assuring thier future.

Area employers and providers of youth services will offer free interactive exhibitions of career and after-school opportunities.

There will be special performances by elementary, middle school and high school students as well as a demonastration of the new NorwalkPromise.org interactive website created by Norwalk 2.0, which offers mapping resources for youth.

America’s Promise Alliance named Norwalk among the nation’s 100 Best Communities for Young People (presented by ING). Norwalk was among the 30 first-time recipients of the honor. The award belongs to all members of the community, including our youth, public officials, service providers, teachers and school administrators, parents, concerned citizens and employers.
