The Spring Market is Here!

The spring market is upon us!

Yes, in the real estate world, now is the beginning of "The Spring Market" and we anticipate this one will be a doozie due to continued low interest rates and an abundant amount of homes for sale.

If you were waiting until the new year to put your home on the market, and although it may feel like winter has only just begun, January is actually the month you should be preparing your home for sale as well as getting it listed. February through May is when all the offers come rolling in, (FYI, statistics show that the greatest number of buyers are looking to purchase homes during the months of February through May) followed by closings from June through August (just in time for school to start). So as you can see, it is NOT too early to get moving.

If the "getting your home ready for sale" part is bogging you down, we have an incredible team of in-house stagers that, in a few short hours can come in and guide you through the process.

Call me and I would be happy to give you a free current market analysis of your home......Happy Spring

I enjoy hearing what you have to say, please comment freely.

Ms Daley, your enthusiasm is a bit overblown, homeowners are still taking huge losses when selling and all you can talk about is the low interest rate for those who are picking our bones. I asked a few weeks ago for a r/e professional to comment on the Greenfield Hill property that sold for $2.3 million, I'm still waiting to hear from one to comment on that sale.

No doubt prices have suffered coming out of this recent recession, however, this low rate environment does benefit both buyers and sellers. For those looking or needing to buy, if allows them to get affordable financing, and those who desire to sell, it expands the pool of buyers. Regarding your comment on the Greenfield Hill Listing, the question was not directed at me. I appreciate your comments.

Re the question on the sale, it was directed to any r/e professional but none stepped up.
