Here’s What Happened in Fairfield Real Estate ~ 8/19/12 – 8/25/12

Here's what happened last week in Fairfield real estate.

What an amazing weekend!  I hope you all were like me and managed to work and play this weekend, because it was one of the nicest two days all summer.  I was fortunate to kayak both days this weekend, once with my husband and once with my girlfriends, and it was so much fun!  Check out my blog post about kayaking on the Sound here.

Fairfield, CT Real Estate Report

Fairfield had 5 new listings, 5 homes went under contract and 3 homes sold.  Please call me if you are wondering what your home is worth in today’s current market.  If you are considering listing your home, I’d love to explain why my team at Al Filipppone Associates continues to be number 1 in Fairfield AND number 1 in Connecticut!  We do things differently .

This post is brought to you by Renee Daley, your real estate expert in Fairfield and Southport Connecticut.  Please contact me if I can help you with any of your real estate needs.

They do things differently all right..... Not professional, not courteous , not worth the time. Please don't be fooled by the Raveis brand, it's crap.

Wow. I don't know what happened to you and your experience with a Raveis agent, but I assure you, my team wouldn't be number one on the entire east coast if we weren't professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the market. Our business depends upon our reputation and referrals. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but don't throw us all under the bus.

So much for freedom of speech. If you are going to remove my posts from here then what I say is true. Phonies.

I have to agree with John that some Raveis realtors are very biased and unprofessional. It is a small world and your reputation can hurt you. Hearing that the agent has told a buyer that they wouldn't want to live in a great neighborhood after the buyer showed interest but the house was not listed by Raveis is not cool.
