Vacant buildings are a problem for a community. Patch wants to know what you think the solution can be.
In our occasional series Visions for Vacancies we’ll look at vacant businesses and buildings in Norwalk and surrounding areas to see what our readers want to see move into their community.
Today, we’re looking at commercial office space located at 161 East Ave., spotted in the listings of (who, coincidentally, are located at the same address). They list the space as previously being used as a medical office space.
The area is located directly at the exit of Exit 16 off I-95 and is listed as being within walking distance to Metro-North. There is parking located on the premesis and a renovated common area for the building.
