Vacant buildings are a problem for a community. Patch wants to know what you think the solution can be.

In our occasional series Visions for Vacancies we’ll look at vacant businesses and buildings in Norwalk and surrounding areas to see what our readers want to see move into their community.

Today, we’re looking at commercial office space located at 1 Emerald St., spotted in the listings of . They list the space as 12,640-square-feet on almost one full acre of land, 3,000 of that square footage being office space with the rest being industrial.

The land is listed at $1,500,000 and has a 30-space lot available. The building has "a 12-feet ceiling height, adequate column spacing and is accessed via five overhead doors. There are four drive-in bays and one tailgate-level loading dock," according to the DVB listing page.

What do you think could go in this space? Let us know in the comments section.
