Today, we’re looking at commercial office space located at 1 Emerald St., spotted in the listings of . They list the space as 12,640-square-feet on almost one full acre of land, 3,000 of that square footage being office space with the rest being industrial.

The land is listed at $1,500,000 and has a 30-space lot available. The building has "a 12-feet ceiling height, adequate column spacing and is accessed via five overhead doors. There are four drive-in bays and one tailgate-level loading dock," according to the DVB listing page.
