Warm Enough? How About Pets and Elderly?

A Message from the Mayor's office:

Mayor Rilling is reminding Norwalk residents to check on neighbors and the elderly and be mindful of how the cold can negatively affect pets.

Frigid single digit temperatures and even lower wind chills are predicted to stay around for the next week.
