State GOP to Honor Mayor Moccia
Moccia will be honored as Mayor of the Year on Wednesday in Norwalk.
Norwalk's Mayor Richard Moccia will be honored as Mayor of the Year at the Connecticut Republican Party's annual Chairman's Dinner on Wednesday.
Also Greenwich First Selectman Peter Tesei will be honored on Wednesday.
Former state Senator Dan Debicella will receive the Frederick K. Biebel Lifetime Achievement Award, and Gary Schaffrick will receive the Pat Longo Leadership Award, at the dinner to be held Oct. 2 at the Continental Manor in Norwalk, according to the invitation.
Keynote speaker will be former U.S. Sen. Scott Brown of Massachusetts.
