Norwalk Republicans Set Jan. 8 for Caucus Election

Norwalk Republicans have scheduled an endorsement caucus for Town Committee membership on Wednesday, January 8, at 7:30 p.m. at the Norwalk Inn. This is an open caucus, and all registered Republican electors are welcome to come and cast their vote for their district representatives to the Norwalk Republican Town Committee.

“We are also extending an open invitation to people who may be interested in local politics or who may just want to get involved with the RTC to immediately  contact myself or their current district leader,” said Chairman Art Scialabba in a release.

“With this invitation, we are hoping that some new people come forward and volunteer to get involved and possibly join the Town Committee or to become
auxiliary members in their districts," Scialabba  added. "With State elections to be held in November of 2014, Republicans need to start working together now to change the direction of the State, which can only be done by changing leadership in Hartford.”
