Randall Brown, 21, of Norwalk was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive right at a curve following a motor vehicle stop on Danbury Road by Old Mill Road in Wilton on March 2 at 1:47 a.m.
According to police, officers observed Brown heading north on Danbury Road, weaving within his lane and crossing over the centerline. Officers stopped him and found him to have consumed alcohol before driving. He failed field sobriety tests and was taken in to custody, where it was determined he had a blood alcohol content of 0.14.
Brown was released on a promise to appear in court March 14.
