A 15-year-old New Canaan boy was from an Airsoft gun as he rode his bike in downtown New Canaan. The boy was riding with a friend when he heard a loud pop and felt a pain in his lower back. The friend looked and found a BB “just under the skin," police said. After police spoke to the boys they determined where they shot had come from. Their investigation led to a 17-year-old who told police he was trying to hit a pole when he accidentally hit the boy.
