We're Not Going To Pay A Lot For These Drugs! Father and Son Arrested For Threats
Police arrest a father and his son for making threats to pharmacist
Irate because they felt they were being overcharged for prescription drugs, a father and his son, according to the police, verbally and physically threatend a local pharmacist, leading to their arrest.
Norwalk Police responded to a call from the Vital Care Pharmacy on 189 Main Street at 4:33 pm on Thursday. According to Sgt. Lisa Cotto, a pharmacist stated that Robert Bahr Fattahi, 52 of Norwalk, and his son, 20-year old, Christopher Fattahi, complained they were being being charged too much for prescription drugs. Cotto said the elder Fattahi demanded the pharmacist give him his money back or "I'll (expletive) kill you." He then allegedly pushed the pharmacist in chest with a closed fist and said, "shove it up your (expletive)".
Meanwhile, Christopher, according to the police report, allegedly pointed his finger at the pharmacist, as if it was a gun. Sgt. Cotto stated that the younger Fattahi, who claimed to be a gang member said, "I know where you live."

The Fattahi's then allegedly fled the store and drove off in a gold Mercedes and were stopped and arrested a short time later.
Both father and son were charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and conspiracy. Bond was set at $2,500 for each. The Fattahi's are due in court on December 1.
