Woman filed counter claim after he told officers she punched and bit him.

A South Norwalk man was arrested by warrant Thursday for allegedly assaulting his former girlfriend, and mother of their child, last month.

Hever Ortiz' arrest is the result of an incident on July 19 where he claimed his former beau attacked him in his room in a rooming house on Woodward Avenue. Ortiz called police and told officers Greden L. Ramos-Villatoro punched and bit him.

Ramos-Villatoro was arrested on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. She has been released on bond and her case is awaiting disposition.
