Warrant Accuses City Man of Stealing Gas Fittings

Also says he sold them to a South Norwalk auto wrecking business.

A Norwalk man was arrested by warrant Tuesday for allegedly stealing gas fittings last year from a South Norwalk building.

Police spokesman Lt. Praveen John said the fittings were stolen from 14-16 North Main St. on July 29, 2011.

After stealing the fittings, the warrant goes on to accuse Keith Bondurant of selling them to Lajoies Auto Wrecking at 40 Meadow St.

Bondurant, 49, of 1105 Washington St., was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

He was to appear in court Tuesday.
