Two Men Sought Following Armed Robbery in Longview Court Home

Two men are being sought for an armed robbery Friday afternoon during which a safe was stolen from a home at 7 Longwood Ct., according Norwalk Police broadcasts.

One man was said to be wearing a mask and the other holding a handgun. The men put the safe in the trunk of a white car and then drove away.

Both were described as black with dark skin, about 5-feet 10-inches tall. One was wearing a black hoodie, the other a gray hoodie, and both were wearing light-colored jeans.

Longview Ct. is a short street coming off of Ward St. near Main Ave.

Police were dispatched to the robbery at 2:41 p.m.

Police additionally said they are interested in questioning a black male wearing a yellow rain jacket and knit hat who was riding a bicycle in the area of the robbery.

A general broadcast of the incident was made to surrounding towns and the state police.
