Norwalk Man Tattooed With An Arrest

A Norwalk man is arrested after allegedly choking his ex-girlfriend in a tatoo parlor.

A Norwalk man was arrested on November 25 for allegedly strangling his ex-girlfriend in a tattoo parlor where she is currently employed.

Dave Milillo, 44, of 6 Glenrock Road was charged with second-degree strangulation, carrying a dangerous weapon, and breach of peace. Bond was set at $100,000.

According to the Norwalk Police, Milillo went to the Raven's Nest, a tattoo parlor in Liberty Square to see his ex-girlfriend. Police officials said Milillo apparently had been drinking and was being rude to everyone in the parlor. The victim allegedly asked Milillo to quit being rude and Milillo responded with an expletive. According to the police report, she then slapped Milillo before going to another room to dine on a slice of pizza. Police officials stated that the victim said she did not intend to hurt Milillo and the slap was a "playful" one. Apparently, Milillo became upset and followed the victim to the room where she was eating pizza and allegedly choked her.

Upon arrival, police officials observed Milillo throwing something into the back of his pick-up truck which had been parked outside the tattoo parlor. Police officials stated that a five-inch knife was in plain view in the back of the truck.

According to the police, red marks were visible on the neck of the victim and Milillo had some marks on his neck, as well.

Milillo was set to be arraigned on Monday at the Norwalk Courthouse.

You Can't Come Into This Party

On November 25, Norwalk Police responded to a complaint from a person who was having a party at her home on Plymouth Avenue. According to the police, Kleber Siguenza, 34, of 39 Silvermine, who was not invited to the party, was banging on the door of the complainant at 2:36 a.m. and appeared to be intoxicated.

When police officials arrived, the host of the party did not want to press charges against Siguenza but wanted him removed from her property. Police officials attempted to drive Siguenza to his home on Silvermine Avenue. According to the police report, Siguenza was becoming belligerent inside the vehicle. Once he arrived at his home, Siguenza got out of the police car and allegedly starting kicking one of the officers. According to the police report, Siguenza threatened to "kill the officer and his family." Siguenza was then placed in handcuffs and arrested.

Siguenza was charged with interfering with an officer, second-degree threatening, and assault of an officer. Bond was set at $10,000
