Stabbing Victim Staggers Into Police Headquarters
Victim is in Norwalk Hospital's emergency department under police guard.
A man who was stabbed staggered into the lobby of Police Headquarters on Monroe Street Thursday shortly before 12:45 p.m. He is in the emergency department of Norwalk Hospital under police guard.
In a news release, police spokesman Lt. Praveen John said the man was stabbed on Chestnut Street in South Norwalk. John said the victim was able to identify his assailant and other men he was in a car with. Police broadcasts indicated officers stopped a car on New Canaan Avenue and took two men into custody.
John said the victim was found to be in possession of illegal drugs at the hospital.
