Police: Woman Stole TV From Walmart
Rolled TV out of store in a shopping cart last month, police said.
A Bridgeport woman was arrested by warrant Wednesday for allegedly rolling a TV out of a Norwalk Walmart last month without paying for it, police said.
Capresha L. Still is accused of putting a Sanyo TV worth $730 in a shopping cart on Jan. 22 and leaving the store at 650 Main Ave.
Police spokeswoman Sgt. Lisa Cotto said the store’s video surveillance system recorded Still leaving with the 53-inch TV.

Still was stopped by Fairfield Police Wednesday and notified Norwalk Police after learning Still was wanted here for the alleged theft. Cotto did not have a report on how Still came to the attention of Fairfield Police.
State judicial records show Still has a pending case for fifth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting merchandise from the Walmart in Stratford on Jan. 12.

State records also show she has ten criminal convictions for assault, criminal impersonation, possession of narcotics, evading responsibility, violating a protective order, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Still, 29, of 157 Virginia Ave., was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.
She was held on $2,500 bond and given a court date of March 8.
