Police: "Mid-Level" Drug Trafficker Arrested

Members of the police Special Services Unit made two arrests at a West Norwalk apartment complex Thursday morning following a four-month investigation of narcotics trafficking.

In a news release, the unit said it had located a “mid-level” narcotics operation at 554 Connecticut Ave, unit 103.

Taken into custody was Richard “Little Head” Pugh, of that address, charged with five counts of possession of narcotics and five counts of manufacture, distribution or sale of a narcotic.

Pugh, 28, was held on $300,000 bond and given a court date of July 5.

Also arrested was Deborah Taylor, who also resides at the Connecticut Avenue address, who was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Taylor, 46, was released on a promise to appear in court July 5.
