Police Investigating Report of Man Exposing Himself

Norwalk police say a woman told them Sunday that a man had exposed himself to her two days before in a store on Westport Avenue.

Police are actively investigating the incident and therefore didn't want to release much information about it, said Lt. Paul Resnick, a spokesman for the department.

The incident occurred in the daytime on Friday. Resnick declined to say whether or not the woman knew the man or if he was a stranger, the exact location of the incident or why the woman waited two days to tell police about it.
