Scott kept yelling and screaming, according to police officials. Officers tried to handcuff Scott and he "pulled his hand away with great force," according to the police report. He then wrestled with the officers and moved toward an open door near his vehicle, possibly to reach for a weapon, police officials said.
Officers allegedly ordered Scott to "stop resisting". When he failed to comply, Scott was tasered, but according to the police report, did not appear to be effected by it. He was tasered a second time in another attempt to subdue him. Scott was then handcuffed and taken to Norwalk Hospital for evaluation and removal of the probes from the Taser.
