Norwalk Police Blotter: June 7, 2013

[Arrest log provided by the Norwalk Police Department. An arrest means authorities have accused someone of committing a crime. It does not mean someone is guilty of a crime and does not indicate a conviction.]

Shaun McCrae, 26, of no know address, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass. McCrae was held on $1,500 bond and given a court date of June 18.

Charles Davis, 68, who gave his address as the Open Door shelter on Merritt Street, was charged with simple trespass. Davis was released on a promise to appear in court June 28.

Richard Hett, 55, of 30 Greenwood Ave., Darien, was charged with possessio of a controlled substance or less that four ounces of marijuana and failure to keep a prescribed drug in its original container. Hett was held on $1,500 bond. The police arrest log did not indicate when he was to appear in court.

Patrick Priest, 29, of 25 Ave. E, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear court. Priest was held on combined court set bonds of $3,000 and was given a court date of June 18.

Cobb Chaquay, 23, of 40 Van Buskirk Ave., Stratford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. Chaquay was issued a court date of June 20.

Jesse Rodriguez, 33, of 261 Ely Ave., was charged with disorderly conduct. The arrest log did not indicate a court date for Rodriguez.

Pedro Alvarado-Tafur, 21, of 8 Shadow Ln., was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver's license. Alvarado-Tafur was given a court date of June 20.

Roderick Rabbe, 56, of 219 Norwalk Rd., was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court June 17.
