Norwalk Police Arrest Fugitive

The suspect had warrants for burglary, assault and home invasion from the Henniker, New Hampshire Police Department, according to an arrest report.

 

Norwalk police arrested a Bridgeport man at his place of employment Tuesday after learning he was a fugitive from justice, police said.

Officers responded to 5 Cross Street at about 9 a.m. to pick up 23-year-old Edwin Gutierrez-Santana. He was taken into custody without incident, police said.

Gutierrez-Santana had warrants for burglary, assault and home invasion from the Henniker, New Hampshire Police Department, according to an arrest report.

Gutierrez-Santana posted a $250,000 bond. He is due in court April 18.
