Norwalk Man Caught Flushing Pot Down Toilet Arrested Again

Vincent Fowlkes was arrested Monday morning at the Norwalk Superior Court by a Norwalk Police Dept. Detective, according to Lt. Resnick who reports that the Detective had been assigned to follow-up on the rash of car burglaries that had been committed in the early morning hours of December 10, 2013.

Surveillance camera video taken at the scene of two of these burglaries was crucial in cracking these cases.

Fowlkes was arrested for the first of these burglaries as well as a slew of Marijuana / Sale of Marijuana charges following the execution of a Search and Seizure warrant at his residence on Sunday, December 15, 2013.

Detectives are actively pursuing the additional cases.

According to Lt. Resnick, Norwalk Police anticipate additional charges Fowlkes for the other burglaries and that the second suspect will also be arrested.
