Norwalk Police investigating Monday night gun shots.
Norwalk Police are continuing to investigate a drive-by shooting that occurred Monday night.
According to Sgt. Lisa Cotto, a 23-year old Norwalk man was sitting in his car, a dark-colored Buick, near 103 Woodward Avenue around 6 p.m. Another car pulled up beside his car and fired multiple shots at the vehicle.
The police report stated there was a witness to the incident. A woman was driving behind the car of the shooter and saw a man lean out of the passenger's side and fire multiple shots at the man in the parked car. The woman, apparently fearing for her safety, put her car in reverse to flee the scene. As she turned down Sheridan Street, her car was struck in the upper-right windshield by a bullet
