Construction Tools Stolen From East Norwalk Company
Burglary occurred over the weekend.
Several power saws and other construction equipment were stolen from an East Norwalk business over the weekend, police reported Monday.
A representative of the firm Archstone, 76 Ft. Point St., told police Monday morning that seven cement saws, three electric jackhammers and a chainsaw were stolen.
Entry was gained by kicking in a door, police said.

The company estimated the lost equipment cost between $15,000 and $20,000.
The investigation was turned over to the Detective Bureau, according to police spokeswoman Sgt. Lisa Cotto.
