Lepore said that about 3 p.m. on July 20 Faust pulled a gun on the victim, a male in his mid-20s, in front of 104 South Main St. in South Norwalk.

At first the victim complied, Lepore said, but then turned and fled. Faust, whose street name is “Lurch,” fired six shots at the man, but missed.
