Bullets Fired Into West Cedar Street Home
Occupants told officers they didn't know why someone would shoot at the residence, police said.
Three men inside a West Cedar Street home Saturday night told police they had no idea why someone fired several bullets through the front door.
According to police spokeswoman Sgt. Lisa Cotto, one of the men at 184 West Cedar St. told officers he heard shots fired and found a bullet had hit his refrigerator. A second bullet struck a box on top of the refrigerator and a third struck a wall, Cotto said.
After the gunfire, the man said he looked outside and saw two men running away.
