Brooklyn Man Arrested After Transporting Woman

Police arrest man who transported woman from Arizona to Norwalk.

Norwalk Police arrested a Brooklyn man after he allegedly transported a woman from Arizona to Norwalk and held her against her will.

Police officials said Jesus Rojas, 21, was part of a deal to deliver a woman from Arizona, who is an illegal alien from Mexico, to her daughter's home on Soundview Avenue for $550. Rojas was paid $100 up front and would get the remaining money upon delivery of the woman to Norwalk, police said.

According to police, Rojas pulled into the driveway of the woman's daughter on Soundview Avenue last week, but then turned around and left. The Norwalk resident then called police.
