OperationsInc Announces Personnel Moves In Rapidly Growing HR Consulting Team

Norwalk, CT. [April 11, 2013] It is with great pleasure that OperationsInc (www.OperationsInc.com), a leading area Human Resources Outsourcing Company located in Norwalk, announces two personnel moves in their rapidly growing HR Consulting Team.  After three years of service at OperationsInc, Norwalk resident Brienne Driscoll has been promoted to the post of Manager of Marketing. OperationsInc is also pleased to announce its fifth new hire in 2013, HR Coordinator / Administrator Maggie Henriques. Henriques resides in West Haven.

Promotion:

Brienne Driscoll, Manager of Marketing

Brienne Driscoll joined the OperationsInc team in April 2010 as an Office Administrator. In March of 2012 Brienne was promoted to the post of Marketing Associate, and in March of 2013 she was promoted again to the post of Manager of Marketing. Brienne has over seven years of experience in various environments, mainly within the Marketing and Communications industries, supporting clients ranging from small businesses to global leaders in their given field. Her current role consists of managing the firm’s various marketing initiatives. Brienne earned her B.A. in Communications Studies from Saint Mary’s College.

New Hire:

Maggie Henriques, HR Coordinator / Administrator

Maggie Henriques joined the OperationsInc team in April 2013 has an HR Coordinator / Administrator. In her prior roles she has worked for various sized organizations in the medical field, as well as has performed work in an academic setting. Maggie earned her M.A. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, and a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
