Shari Mola Lussier, 51, Norfield School Teacher

Shari Mola Lussier, age 51 and loving wife of Mark John Lussier for the past 25 years, died peacefully at the Norwalk Hospital on Wednesday, May 22, after a lengthy illness. Shari was born in Norwalk on May 17, 1962, the daughter of Annas Slattery Mola of Norwalk and the late Joseph M. Mola.     

Shari had been a pre-school teacher, friend and mentor at the Norfield School in Weston for the past 15 years. She dedicated her life to her husband and young students, touching their lives in many ways and will be dearly missed. 

Shari loved to travel, especially somewhere tropical, and always left a smile wherever she went. Her two greatest loves were her family and her young students. In addition to her husband and mother, Shari is survived by her sister Janice M. Mola and her partner Robert Nivakoff, her brothers Brian J. Mola of Trumbull and David J. Mola and his wife Marybeth of Naples, FL, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 25, 2 PM at The Church of the Assumption, 98 Riverside Ave., Westport. Interment will be private and there are no visiting hours.
