Nora D. Lenzycki, age 83 of Norwalk, died on Friday, December 16, 2011 at her home.
Born in London and raised in Scotland, the daughter of the late John and Nora (Mitchell) Logan, she was the beloved wife for 59 years to Henry P. Lenzycki.
She was a graduate of Notre Dame College of Staten Island and Fordham University, and had retired as a Research Assistant at the Psychiatric Institute, NY.

Lenzycki was a volunteer for the Red Cross and was a past member of the St. Matthew Church Choir and Vice President of the Women’s Guild of St. Matthew.
In addition to her loving husband Henry, she is survived by four children: Donna O’Reilly and her husband Terry of Eden Prairie, Minn.; Debbie Lenzycki of Norwalk; John Lenzycki and his wife Jennifer of Bridgewater; Paul Lenzycki and his wife Amanda of Woolwich, Maine; and three cherished grandchildren: Christopher and Kevin O’Reilly and Gabriel Lenzycki and his wife Jaclynn.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 20, at St. Matthew Church, Norwalk. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk.
