Heriberto Cruz-Perez, age 70, passed away peacefully in St. Vincent Medical Center with his son by his side on Saturday December 28, 2013. Heriberto was born on March 9, 1943 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to the late Santos and Maria Perez Cruz.
Berto worked as a machinist for Vernier Metal Fabrication, Seymour, Ct.
Berto is survived by his children, Miguel and wife Theresa Cruz, daughter Elizabeth and husband Bruce Cruz- Fisher, a brother Milton Cruz, grandchildren Izabel and Gabriella Cruz, several nieces and nephews as well as his girlfriend Margarita Lopez.
