A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Avenue, Norwalk on Saturday, January 18, at 9:30 AM with interment to follow at St. John Cemetery.

Elizabeth A. Sherbondy, age 96 of Norwalk, passed away in Norwalk Hospital on Monday January 13. She was the loving wife of the late George F. Sherbondy. Born in County Sligo, Ireland on July 9, 1917, Betty was the daughter of the late James and Margaret Maye Haran.
Survivors include her children; Thomas Sherbondy, Patricia Accinno, and Margaret Melvin, a brother Joseph Haran, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Betty was predeceased by 11 brothers and sisters.
