Hooked on Llamas at the Cos Cob Public Library! Debbie Elias of The Country Quilt Llama Farm will bring one of her llamas to the Cos Cob Library and teach us all about llamas and their uses. She will share a fun llama book with her audience as well.

Family Farm Fridays! at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Fridays, May 16 - June 20, 4 - 5 pm (no class June 6). Explore the farm and garden and learn what products come from our local farms through cooking and creative projects!

After School Enrichment Classes - Friday, Whitby School, Greenwich. Bricks 4 Kidz after-school classes build on the universal popularity of LEGO® bricks to deliver a high quality of educational play. Kids construct a new model each week based on exciting themes from space to sports, amusement parks to animals.

Sensory Jump Time at Pump it Up - Norwalk We have created a sensory-friendly environment specific for kids on the autism spectrum. Kids can make new friends, jump, slide and play sensory-friendly games. Please RSVP as this program is not open to the general public.

18th-Century Horsemanship & Attack by Red Coats at Revolutionary War Encampment at Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum. See the 5th CT Regiment in period clothing - musket firing, 18th-century open-fire cookery, medicine, fashions, music, “attack” by the British! 18th-century horsemanship with sword and pistol, military merchant, handmade silhouettes.

Robin Hood Springtime Festival Forget thy cares and share a day of laughter & merriment with us. Enjoy entertainment throughout the day both on-and-off stages and prepare thyself to share a day of interactive fun that will brighten your spirits and make thy day.

GEM HUNT at Greenburgh Nature Center. Think rocks are dull and boring? Think Again! Come discover the treasures of the earth as we learn about many notable and local gems and crystals. Hey, did you know that some rocks ‘glow in the dark’? Each participant gets a geode to take home.

Pony Rides at Horse Listeners Orchard! Kids love ponies! Bring them to Horse Listeners Orchard for a fun afternoon Pony Ride around the farm. Visit the petting zoo, check out the pond and enjoy the great outdoors!

Kids and Teens Program at the Redding Center For Meditation Kids over the age of 4 are invited to take part in the Redding Center for Meditation's program for kids and teens during the 10:00 to 11:30 meditation session. Kids will learn about mindfulness, compassion, meditation, yoga and more!

Shark Dive Observation at the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk The Maritime Aquarium's dive team spends quality time with the sand tiger sharks, lemon shark and other creatures. Thanks to a cool communication link, you can even talk with the divers while they're in the exhibit with the sharks!

Story Trek Self-Guided Hike at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Celebrate Children's Book Week by enjoying pages of a great children's book as you hike our trails.

Lobster Days at the Mystic Seaport! Crack your first lobster claw of the season at Mystic Seaport’s butter-dribbling, shell-sucking, quintessentially New England Lobster Days during Memorial Day Weekend!

Decoration Day at the Mystic Seaport! Mystic Seaport will pay tribute to fallen Civil War soldiers during the Museum’s annual Decoration Day ceremony. Known today as Memorial Day, Decoration Day was a day of national remembrance of those killed during the Civil War.

Memorial Day at Danbury Railway Museum! We're open on Memorial Day just to help you celebrate this wonderful holiday! Bring your families to Danbury and have a special day with your kids!
