Peanut Butter Jam Concerts: Picnic Performances for Kids - T-Bone at Fairfield Parks and Recreation. Kids will enjoy interactive musical, foot stompin' performances on the Sherman Green in Fairfield every Wednesday this summer. Pack a picnic and journey down for a children's musical celebration! All shows start at 12:30 PM.

Danbury Fair Summer Nights Concert Series at Danbury Fair Mall. Warm summer nights go hand in hand with great music! Check out the awesome concerts we have lined up for you this year! It's great fun for the whole family!

Playground Carnival at Booth Memorial Park in Stratford at Town of Stratford Recreation. Each year proceeds from the Carnival are donated to a local charity - this year it's the Bridgeport Hospital Burn Unit. Rides, games and the playground staff plan special activities for a day of fun and laughter. Admission is $1.

Free Guided Tour of the Night Sky at the Rolnick Observatory at Westport Astronomical Society - Home of the Rolnick Observatory. On clear nights, trained volunteers from the Westport Astronomical Society offer guided tours of the night sky through the society’s telescopes at the Rolnick Observatory! This is a super fun program your kids will love!

Street Seats in Stamford Downtown, Art in Public Places. Each year Stamford Downtown hosts a distinguished outdoor sculpture exhibit designed to attract both local an regional audiences. Art in Public Places features sculptures lining the sidewalks and parks of the Downtown.

Jiggle a Jelly at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk! Gently touch the tops of live moon jellies as they pulse in our new exhibit! How is this possible without being stung? The stinging cells of moon jellyfish hang on tentacles below their bodies and don't hurt people that much anyway!

Camel Rides at Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo! Three Dromedary camels, named Toby, Goliath & Noah, are giving rides from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for $5 per person, which includes photos. Purchase ride tickets at the front gate, gift shop, carousel, and at the camel ride (cash only).

Rainforest Reptile Shows at Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo! Exotic crawlers, unusual slitherers and fascinating creepers, all of which are creatures of the rainforest. Experience direct contact with live animals, artifacts and fascinating stories about these unusual animals and their natural habitats.

Parents & caregivers must attend program with child. Drop-in program.Tickets will be handed out to the first 50 kids starting at 9:30.
