Darien's residential real estate market posted gains across the board as of the end of February compared with a year ago.
According to Darien MLS reports published this week, Darien saw:
-- A 26.6 percent increase in average sale price;
-- A 125 percent jump in sales volume, and
-- A 77.8 percent gain in sales.
The results are on year-to-date basis, comparing January 1 through February 28, 2014 with the same period in 2013.
