Rowayton residential sold listings posted a 9.8 percent gain in September on a year-to-date basis compared with the same period in September 2011. They went from 41 to 45 in the period, according to the Darien MLS.
The average sale price for sold residential listings in the same period increased 56.2 percent, from $1,185,833 to $1,852,000.
