Artificial Sweetener is Deadly, and Salt is Good for You

I am an LPN Nurse and recouping from being very sick. This is how I ate myself back to health. This article continues telling the story of my research into a new look into nutrition.

It sometimes seems to me that Big X wants us all weak, sick, and to have dementia or Alzheimer’s. It seems to me that Big business, big Pharma, big Agriculture, and big commercial interest seem to be in charge.  They are more concerned with marketing ploys, and the bottom line then with independent health studies.  Studies on the huge amount of side effects from aspartame have been ignored. We are too busy looking at preventing a certain disease then how to be healthy?

It seems that if my blood test numbers were all at the proper level, I must be well, no matter how I felt. My concerned for health seemed to be mine alone. When I asked questions about what food should I eat, I was told either “Don’t Eat Fat, Don’t eat Salt, Eat Fat-Free”,  “Use the Food Pyramid”  or “It doesn’t matter much with someone and your condition”, “Eat Good Food”, “lose weight” or “It’s all in your head”, or “Are you getting enough exercise?”

In fact, I found that indeed my health had something to do with the food I was eating.  I had been eating the traditional American Diet which is loaded with sugar and absent of all nutrition.  I now have been finding good food to eat.  Good nutritious food and I am feeing 100% better.

This book discusses the health benefits of coconut oil, meat, milk, and water. In this book you will learn why coconut oil is considered the healthiest oil on earth and how it can protect you against heart disease, diabetes, and infectious illnesses such as influenza, herpes, Candida, and even HIV.

First thing I learned besides coconut oil, was the harm of the FDA-Approved Artificial Sweetener. The next thing was the necessity of Salt, especially Sea Salt.

As I am finding out about food, I feel I must tell others. I am learning as I go along and expect people to research what I have to say on their own.  It is sort of take it or leave it.  If you learn anything, then great!!!!

Is This FDA-Approved Sweetener Causing Brain Damage?

Why is it the panel for this event does not include a single advocate for gun-owners' rights? WithRead More all due respect to Chief McNamara, why does the panel not include a person who can speak to gun safety from a gun-owning civilian's perspective? ML, you claim that the assembled folks "do not offer judgements about gun ownership" but they are not including a single voice that can offer a perspective on gun ownership. I have been to "education" sessions sponsored by Meg's March for Change and they are one-sided indoctrinations into gun control advocacy. >>>> I was in Hartford for the public hearings in January when both Meg and March co-founder Nancy gave their personal testimonies and they all but threatened the legislators on the panel with election day retribution for all those who did not tow the gun-control line of thinking (i.e. March and CAGV). To suggest that Meg "does not offer judgements" is fallacious and disingenuous.
