Originally scheduled for Thursday, July 3, Norwalk's annual Independence Day fireworks display has been postponed to Saturday, July 5, due to concerns about the weather.
Norwalk police announced the change Tuesday afternoon with a tweet on Twitter: "Norwalk's fireworks, originally scheduled for Thursday, July 3rd have been postponed to Saturday, July 5th due to the weather forecast."
