Yoga Workshop

International Yoga teacher with experience in Europe, USA & Mexico leading several workshops, group/private & corporate classes (in all traditions). Her continuing education led her to India, Europe, USA & Canada  where she  studied with some of the world best Hatha-YOGA-MASTERS from different styles including Shadow, Dharma, Astanga & Iyengar. Growing up, she did extensive volunteer work in some of the most dangerous ‘prisons & orphanages in Mexico sharing her first steps to meditation.

After 14 years of practice, she incorporates all this knowledge and her strong background in Holistic Nutrition & Natural therapies in her “hatha-yoga-flow classes”. Sometimes playful & light, sometimes thoughtful & firm, each class is unique, created with the intention of fulfilling your needs at that time. Filling you with the seeds of insight, so your practice (wherever it takes you), can be grounded in strength & confidence, through basic movements (no contortions!), developing a perfect balance between body & mind through the art of words, the telling of stories, the love of laughter, and the discipline of "open class is all about trying". She is famous for dedication to her students and her intuitive attention to alignment, detail, and her commitment to the practice.
