- BJ Ryan's in Norwalk is hosting a daylong fundraiser for the family of Mike Doris, known to many as "Big Mike."
Doris died suddenly on March 2.
BJ Ryan's owners Buckley Ryan & BJ Lawless, both of whom were great friends of Doris, are hosting the fundraiser in the upstairs bar area and donating all of its revenue and tips collected from 11:30 a.m. Sunday to mindnight Monday to Doris' wife Joanne and sons Jameson and Ty. His sons graduated from in Wilton.
